Is the Mobile App secure?
Yes! All critical information is encrypted and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, mobile devices do offer you the ability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can access your account.
Is the PM Teacher App free?
The PM Teacher app is available for 3 days trial version. After that, you have to upgrade it.
I don't have an Android or iOS device - how can I use the App?
At the moment we only have apps available on Android and iOS devices, so you will not be able to use the mobile download.
Is an Internet network connection required to use the app?
Yes, the apps require an Internet connection. PM Teacher data is retrieved frequently to ensure you’re getting the most up-to-date information.
Can the app be used on more than one device?
Yes, you can add as many devices as you would like to use this application.
Will the app work on my laptop?
No, the mobile application can only be used on an Android or iOS device.
How can i delete my data?
Yes! In your user profile setting, you are allowed to delete your data. You may also contact us at contactus@pmteacher.com to request your data to be deleted.
