  3. Dissatisfaction with Product: If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have engaged with the product (e.g., completed a portion of a course or attempted practice exams) and provide feedback on your experience. This helps us improve our offerings.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Failure to provide sufficient evidence of product engagement when requesting a refund due to dissatisfaction.
  • Change of mind after accessing or downloading the product.

  • Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  • Order number and date of purchase.
  • Reason for the refund request, along with any relevant details or documentation.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Access Revocation

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the digital product will be terminated, and you agree to delete any copies you may have downloaded or stored.

Please note that Company reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event or change the event location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or force majeure events (such as floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.).

How to Request a Refund:

  • Submit a refund request via our website contact form. Be sure to include your order number for a swift process.

Refund Processing: Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within ten working days. Please keep in mind that it may take up to seven business days, depending on your bank’s processing time, for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Now, for our customers who have purchased coaching services, here’s some specific information:

Refunds and Coaching Services – Cancellations, Renewals, and Rescheduling:

You have a generous thirty (30) days after your coaching service purchase to cancel and receive a full refund. After this cancellation period ends, all purchases become final, and fees paid become non-refundable.

Should you need to initiate a refund, please contact your coach via our website contact form or reach out to our customer support at support@CorePMEssentials.com. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your initial signup, not first scheduled meeting.

End of Course Subscription Period: When your subscription is canceled or ends, your account will automatically become disabled.

Coaching Service Renewals: Our coaching plans do NOT automatically renew. You have the option to renew your subscription at the end of your plan. We do reserve the right to deny subscriptions, renewals, or other purchases for any reason. To ensure a smooth transition, please discuss your interest in renewing your plan before it expires to allow us to maintain your regular schedule.

Session Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please submit your request via email with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled call time, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. No-show calls, where the client does not respond to the coach’s attempts to make contact via agreed medium will be considered as “completed calls” and will not be rescheduled. Your cooperation in showing up for your calls or providing fair notice for rescheduling is appreciated to ensure convenience for both parties.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: Both parties are required to agree to a non-disclosure agreement, ensuring the strict confidentiality of information. Neither party shall disclose any information or material to any person or entity, except information that is publicly available or becomes publicly available without the involvement of the recipient party.
